Returns Policy

Our goal is to Continually Satisfy our Customers... by Exchange, Refund, or Repair. If you are not completely satisfied with a product purchased from Providence Cable Corporation return it within 30 days of receipt for a replacement or a full refund. Custom cables and assemblies are non-returnable, non-refundable.
We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed returned product(s). In most cases we will issue a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase, and within five business days of receiving your return. If you paid by check, it may take longer for you to receive the refund.
Notes on Returns:
- Freight charges are not refundable, unless the error was caused by Providence Cable Corporation, Inc..
- Charges incurred to process the return, mainly credit card processing fees, are not refundable.
- All returns must be double boxed and have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) clearly labeled on outside of returned box. Please call for RMA number prior to returning your package.
- We accept returns on unopened and unused products without a restocking fee. On opened merchandise, a restocking fee of 15% may apply. No returns are accepted after 45 days.
